This exclusive invitation-only event welcomes ambitious CEOs and Founders who would like to explore the journey to selling their business in the coming years. Following a welcome champagne reception, guests will be invited to listen to a short case study about a business currently in the sale process. The case study will demonstrate key learnings the CEO has obtained, specifically when exploring potential buyers for the business.

Following the case study, guests will be part of an interactive panel discussion. During the panel we will hear from a CEO and Founder who has successfully sold their business, as well as the lawyer and corporate finance advisor who were part of the team supporting the CEO in that process. The panel discussion will explore the emotional and energetic journey of selling the business, as well as the technical and commercial experience. Guests will have ample opportunity to ask their own questions to the panel in an intimate setting.

After the panel discussion, guests will enjoy a 3-course dinner hosted by the esteemed Royal Automobile Club whilst networking with other guests around the dining table.
